These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Rant Bunny application and associated services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service generates entertainment content by automated means in response to material submitted by users. The Service is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only and does not constitute advice of any kind.
2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service and must complete the age attestation presented at registration.
2.2 You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration at our reasonable discretion.
3.1 The Service offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription and one-time credit packs, purchased through the applicable app store. Applicable pricing is displayed prior to purchase.
3.2 Purchases confer credits redeemable solely within the Service. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the app store operator's policies, and may not be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.
3.3 Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits carry over to subsequent billing cycles for so long as the subscription remains active. Credits do not survive termination of the account, and we may impose a reasonable maximum accrued balance on notice.
3.4 Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; entitlements already granted remain available until that time.
3.5 Refunds are administered by the app store operator under its terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3.6 We may adjust credit mechanics, pricing, and product configurations prospectively. We may withhold or reverse credits obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
4.1 As between you and us, you retain ownership of material you submit to the Service ("Submissions"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Submissions and that they comply with §6.
4.2 You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display Submissions, data derived from Submissions, and Output (as defined below), for the purposes of operating, securing, maintaining, developing, and improving the Service and our technologies, including the development, testing, and training of automated and machine-learning systems. The licence continues for so long as the relevant content is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Expiry of the licence upon deletion of content does not affect, and does not require the modification, retraining, or deletion of, any improvements, technologies, or machine-learning systems developed or trained during the licence period.
4.3 You may make suggestions or provide feedback; we may use it without restriction or obligation.
5.1 Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you such right, title, and interest as we may hold in content generated by the Service for you ("Output").
5.2 You acknowledge that: (a) Output is generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose; (b) the same or similar Output may be generated for other users, and no exclusivity is granted or implied; (c) the availability and extent of intellectual-property protection for machine-generated content varies by jurisdiction and is not warranted; and (d) you are solely responsible for reviewing Output and for your use, performance, or publication of it.
You must not: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable law; (b) submit material that infringes third-party rights, or that contains another person's private or identifying information without authority; (c) use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any identifiable individual; (d) submit or seek to generate any material that sexualises or endangers minors (zero tolerance; accounts will be terminated and reported where required by law); (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service, circumvent application-integrity, metering, or credit mechanisms, or access the Service by automated means; or (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts in the event of breach.
The Service depends on third-party providers and networks. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation, and the Service may be suspended, degraded, or modified, in whole or in part, at any time, including for maintenance. Where a generation attempt fails after a credit has been reserved, the credit is returned. We may add, alter, or discontinue features at our discretion.
8.1 You may terminate at any time by deleting your account within the Service. The consequences for data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8.2 We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law. Credits are forfeited upon termination for breach.
8.3 Sections 4.2, 5.2, 6, and 9–11 survive termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (b) OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (II) SGD 100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTHING AFFECTS NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Submissions, your use of Output, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach.
Purchases made through an app store are additionally subject to that operator's terms. The app store operator is not a party to these Terms, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely to the extent its standard terms so require.
We may amend these Terms. Material amendments will be notified within the Service; continued use after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use and may delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save where non-waivable consumer law provides otherwise. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Service.
